Across the network that is 8.5 verified answer-fetches for every search click. It is not true of every site: read the last column, and where it says n/a the site had fewer than 30 clicks, so no ratio is worth printing.

What each column is, and is not
- Search clicks
- People who clicked through from Google or Bing, from Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, over the 28 days to 3 September 2026. A shorter window than the crawl figures, which flatters the ratio slightly; both windows are named so you can judge that yourself.
- AI answer-fetches
- Times a named AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and the like) fetched one of our pages because a person had just asked it something, counted only where the request came from an IP address the assistant’s vendor publishes, and only for pages in the site’s own sitemap. A fetch is not a citation: we know the page was read, not that the answer named us. Almost all verified fetches today come from one vendor, ChatGPT. Anthropic publishes no IP ranges, so Claude verifies at zero here by construction, not by absence.
- Bot crawls
- Every automated request in 30 days. “Named” means the crawler identified itself. Crawls are not readers, and one scraper can dominate a total, which is why the named figure is the one in the column.
- People arriving from an assistant
- Visits whose referrer was an AI surface. A floor: Google AI Overviews and Copilot inside Bing carry a bare search referrer and cannot be attributed, and some assistants strip the referrer entirely. Zero means not seen, never none.
- Human page views
- Not published yet. Our own cookieless counter records page views, but it cannot yet separate people from automated page rendering, so the figure would be a ceiling presented as a count. It goes on this page when it can be defended.
What is left out on purpose
Domain-level answer-fetch counts are not used anywhere on this page: Hado confirmed they include 404s, scanner probes and robots, llms and sitemap files. Every figure here is the smaller, page-attributed one, which is a floor nobody can argue down.
